The Associate of Science degree in Information Technology program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform entry-level network administration job functions. Students should understand networking technology for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs) as well as programming concepts. This program prepares students for networking and information technology careers in industry and business. The curriculum provides exposure to PC troubleshooting, applications, and operating systems, as well as network configuration, administration, hardware, maintenance, and security.
Alexander Ernyey brings rich and varied skills as a proven team player, providing real solutions and answers with unique insights from over three decades of global experiences through out The Middle East, Asia and Africa. He has lived and worked in various countries overseas, including Tunisia, Cyprus, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Israel. Alexander’s career is comprised of thirty-three years experience and knowledge in Information Technology and Computer Science, including language skills in advanced Turkish, intermediate Russian and basic Arabic. He is proud to be a part of the Sanford-Brown College Online faculty.
Steve Dant has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and Information System Technology industry. He also graduated at the top of his class. Steve has taught as an adjunct instructor at various colleges. He holds industry-standard certifications from numerous organizations such as Cisco, Microsoft, Mitel, Keyvoice, and Octel.
